Litigation

• Representation of a Board member of the former SAirGroup Ltd. in connection with the criminal proceedings and civil actions brought against our client in the wake of the insolvency of Switzerland's national carrier "Swissair" and its group companies (d&o liability, criminal liability).
• Representation of a creditor of an insolvent Swiss corporation (editing house) in a civil action brought by our client against the chairman of the Board of the editing house, for losses incurred by our client as a consequence of mismanagement (d&o liability claim).
• Representation of a Swiss entrepreneur and UHNWI in a civil action brought against his former tax advisor (and, indirectly, his professional insurance company), for damages suffered as a consequence of tax advice given in the context of a corporate restructuring of a group of companies.
