• Internal investigation into the business conduct and business model of a Swiss corporation, initiated by the company's auditors (one of the "big four" auditing firms) as part of their mandatory audit. Drafting of a report on behalf of the auditors and the company's Board; assessment of necessary structural, personal and contractual changes to be made together with the Board and the auditors, legal implementation of the proposed changes.
• Day-to-day advisory work for a U.S. medtech group regarding their Swiss subsidiary and all questions of "doing business in Switzerland" (corporate law, governance, licensing requirements, employment agreements, lease agreements, data protection etc.).
• Expert opinion on behalf of an international ("big four") accounting firm, regarding the Swiss law risks of offering certain kinds of corporate restructuring services to its Swiss clients; potential risk-mitigating measures (agreements with clients, internal organization, etc.).
