• Cross-border merger of a Swiss based Corporation into a Luxemburg Limited Liability Company.
• Advising a Board member (and UHNWI) of one of the two major Swiss banks with regard to personal liability risks as a consequence of the bank's doing business before, during and after the financial crisis (including indemnity undertakings of the bank, d&o insurance coverage, etc.).
• Drafting of an expert opinion for a European insurance company regarding the potential financing of a d&o liability law suit against former Board members of an insolvent Swiss listed company.
